Vice President, Trading, Operations & Billing

Our partner is looking for a Vice President, Trading, Operations & Billing based in the United States. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced investment operations professional to shape and scale a sophisticated wealth management platform serving clients nationwide. You will oversee trading, investment operations, portfolio accounting, reconciliation, performance reporting, and advisory fee billing, leading a multidisciplinary team of more than 60 professionals. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight to strengthen efficiency, accuracy, risk management, and the overall advisor and client experience. Working closely with investment, technology, compliance, risk, and client-facing teams, you will modernize processes, enhance technology capabilities, and establish scalable operating models. You will also champion automation, continuous improvement, and leadership development to support sustainable organizational growth.
