💼 Hiring: Head of Treasury - Coins.ph 📍 Hybrid - Hong Kong / Singapore / Remote | 🕐 Date not provided | 💰 Not provided | 🧑‍💻 Full-time | 🔗 Treasury / FX / Crypto Coins.ph is hiring a Head of Treasury to own liquidity, cash, FX, and crypto exposure across entities, banks, and venues. The role reports to the Finance Director and builds the treasury function for new markets. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Own global liquidity, prefunding, settlement funding, cash positions, transfers, and forecasts. - Optimize capital efficiency and limit idle balances while meeting operational and regulatory needs. - Safeguard and segregate customer funds, set counterparty limits, and manage concentration risk. - Manage FX, crypto, and stablecoin exposure, hedging, wallet funding, custody, and ramp liquidity. - Support Proof of Reserves reporting. - Lead global bank-account opening and maintenance, and act as the primary banking liaison. - Negotiate fees and service levels with banks and fiat channels. - Set treasury policies, controls, and signatory rules, and meet KYC and AML requirements. - Support audits and advise on banking for new markets, launches, and M&A. - Drive treasury systems, including NetSuite, report KPIs, and lead the team. 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Management, or a related field. - 8+ years of treasury or related experience, including 3+ years in leadership. - Proven cross-border payments or remittance experience in a multinational setup (required). - Experience in a regulated payments, fintech, exchange, trading, or banking environment. - Strong bank and fiat-channel relationships, plus FX, liquidity, and hedging knowledge. - Strong analytical skills, tight-deadline prioritization, and senior stakeholder communication. 🛠 Nice-to-have / Preferred: - Customer fund safeguarding. - Crypto or stablecoin treasury (strongly preferred). - NetSuite cash management. - CFA, CTP, ACT, CPA, or equivalent. 📩 To apply: Apply: https://jobs.lever.co/coins/06fe862e-c947-4c12-8e41-b51f079e72ec/apply 🔗 Original post: https://jobs.lever.co/coins/06fe862e-c947-4c12-8e41-b51f079e72ec/ 📌 New here?
