Senior IT Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager based in  United States. The Senior IT Project Manager will support the Strategic Portfolio Management Office (SPMO), helping strengthen enterprise-wide project portfolio management capabilities and processes. This role focuses on enhancing a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool to support project, program, and agile management activities. You will collaborate with project managers, technical development teams, and governance committees to translate business needs into effective solutions. From requirements gathering and testing to pilot programs and enterprise-wide rollout, you will help drive successful implementation and adoption. The position also involves developing training materials and practical resources to improve user knowledge and consistency. This is an 8-month remote contract opportunity suited to an experienced IT project management professional who enjoys improving tools, processes, and organizational collaboration.
