IT Service Manager - Trust Center

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to organize your working hours and work both on-site and remotely, making each day unique and impactful. How You’ll Make An Impact - Collaborate with industry leaders in Microsoft, Security, Cybersecurity, and Trustcenter services. - Partner with IT Leadership, cross-functional teams, and project managers to plan and develop project scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives. - Provide strategic guidance and technical input to teams regarding Services, Tooling, and Processes. - Coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives to ensure seamless execution. - Work closely with Digital Workplace & Endpoint teams on key services and projects, and with IAM Operations teams to drive continuous improvement in support. - Manage complex issues that may arise in the global MS Tenant environment. What You Bring - A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field in Business Administration. - A proven track record in Enterprise Security processes and best practices. - Experience in publishing and distributing corporate certificates. - Familiarity with industry-leading Trustcenter Technologies. - Proficiency in MS InTune, Entra, and M365, along with experience in Enterprise DNS and DHCP technology. - Strong communication skills; ITIL Certification is preferred but not required.
