Community Support Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Community Support Associate based in India. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for a customer-focused professional supporting users across a fast-moving blockchain and decentralized finance ecosystem. You’ll serve as a first point of contact, resolving technical questions and helping users navigate products and services effectively. The role combines community support, technical troubleshooting, moderation, education, and user advocacy. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Business Development, and community teams to address emerging needs and improve the overall user experience. You’ll also monitor developments across the crypto ecosystem and bring valuable insights back to internal teams. This is an opportunity to deepen your expertise in Solana, DeFi, AMMs, and blockchain technology while contributing to a growing global community.
