Specialist, Customer Acquisition - Trilingual

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Specialist, Customer Acquisition – Trilingual based in  Brazil. In this full-time opportunity, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, strengthening customer relationships, and generating revenue through sales and contract renewals. You will engage with prospective and existing customers primarily through outbound calls and email, identifying their needs and presenting tailored solutions. Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you will combine persuasive communication with product knowledge to convert leads, overcome objections, and retain customers. You will also contribute to sales forecasting, customer satisfaction, and the continuous improvement of the customer experience. Collaborating closely with your team and Sales Manager, you will help achieve individual and collective sales goals. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who thrives on customer interaction, enjoys solving problems, and can communicate confidently in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
