💼 Hiring: Head of Trading (FX, Market Making & Philippines OTC) - Coins.ph 📍 Hybrid - Hong Kong / Singapore / Shanghai / Shenzhen | 🕐 Not provided | 💰 Not provided | 🧑‍💻 Full-time | 🔗 FX / Market Making / OTC Coins.ph is hiring a Head of Trading to own FX strategy, market making, and the Philippines OTC/FX desk. Accountability covers pricing, liquidity, and desk PnL and risk. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Define FX strategy across corridors, focused on PHP and emerging-market pairs - Manage pricing, spreads, and execution, and source liquidity from banks and LPs - Work with Treasury on hedging and exposure - Design market making: quoting, inventory, spreads, and risk parameters - Manage external market makers and LPs - Work with Engineering and Product on systems, pricing engines, and algorithms - Build and lead the PH OTC/FX team: hiring, training, and large-ticket execution - Grow OTC volumes and client relationships with Sales - Set position, stop-loss, VaR, counterparty, and concentration limits - Ensure BSP, policy, AML/KYC, and market conduct compliance, and support audits - Report PnL, exposure, and KPIs, and support new market and product launches 🔑 Requirements set by the company: - Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field - 10+ years in FX, digital assets, or market making, with 3+ years leading a team - Proven profitable FX and/or market making with disciplined risk management - Deep FX knowledge of liquidity, pricing, and execution; PHP and EM preferred - Hands-on market making or liquidity provision - Strong quantitative skills with data, pricing models, and trading systems - Relationships with banks, LPs, market makers, and OTC counterparties - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management 🛠 Nice-to-have: - OTC and large-ticket or institutional client management - Regulated firm experience in payments, exchange, bank, or trading; crypto preferred - Familiarity with Philippine regulations 📩 To apply: Apply: https://jobs.lever.co/coins/5c81e804-b39e-4a74-8daf-27634457e57d/apply 🔗 Original post: https://jobs.lever.co/coins/5c81e804-b39e-4a74-8daf-27634457e57d/ 📌 New here?
