Senior Director – AI Transformation & Agentic Platforms Lead the next chapter of enterprise AI We are looking for a Senior Director – AI Transformation & Agentic Platforms to define and lead a global AI transformation agenda for a leading technology-driven organization. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can connect AI strategy with technical execution, shaping enterprise AI architecture, building scalable platforms and agentic capabilities, and driving adoption across a global business. What you'll do - Define the enterprise AI strategy, roadmap and technical foundation for large-scale AI transformation. - Shape scalable AI platforms, reusable services, data foundations and agentic AI capabilities. - Lead adoption of GenAI, Agentic AI, ML platforms, MLOps/LLMOps and AI engineering across the organization. - Build and lead multidisciplinary teams across AI engineering, data science, architecture and platform engineering. - Partner with senior business, technology, product and data leaders to turn AI opportunities into measurable business outcomes. - Establish AI governance, responsible AI, security, privacy and risk-management frameworks. - Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms and ecosystem partnerships. - Define KPIs and demonstrate AI adoption, scalability and business value to senior leadership. What we're looking for - 12+ years in AI, enterprise technology, digital transformation or innovation leadership. - Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise AI transformations and building AI capabilities at scale. - Strong understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs, cloud-native architecture, AI/ML platforms, MLOps/LLMOps and data engineering. - Experience defining enterprise AI architecture, reusable AI services and scalable platforms. - Track record of building and leading multidisciplinary technical teams. - Strong understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, data privacy and regulatory considerations. - Ability to bridge executive strategy, technical architecture and business execution. - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience operating in global, matrixed organizations. - Experience in HealthTech, Consumer, FMCG or other technology-driven industries is highly relevant. - Willingness to travel up to 25%.
