Oracle Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant (Freelance)

For a long-term Oracle HCM expert service, we are looking for an experienced Oracle Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant. We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant, but for a specialist who can support an international client with productive issues, troubleshooting and functional improvements on a flexible basis. Project setup: - Contract: Freelance - Location: Remote - Workload: Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume Tasks - Support for Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding - Analysis of issues in recruiting and onboarding processes - Configuration and optimization of existing workflows - Implementation of smaller enhancements and new features - Support for candidate and hiring processes - Root cause analysis - Support with Oracle releases and testing Requirements - Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience - Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Recruiting - Practical experience with Oracle Onboarding - Productive configuration and support experience - Experience with bug fixing and enhancements - Understanding of integration with Core HR - Experience with releases and testing - Very good English skills Nice-to-haves - Candidate Experience - Core HR - Recruiting integrations - International recruiting processes Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
