Peer Caregiver Navigator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Peer Caregiver Navigator based in the United States. This part-time, fully remote role provides meaningful peer support to family caregivers supporting loved ones with serious or life-limiting illness. You will draw on your own lived experience as a former caregiver to provide empathy, encouragement, practical guidance, and emotional support. Through scheduled phone or video sessions, you will help caregivers navigate challenges and connect with relevant resources and services. The role is part of a research study focused on supporting caregivers of people living with Alzheimer's disease. You will work within an established intervention protocol while receiving training, supervision, and ongoing support from the study team. Strong listening skills, compassion, reliability, and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries are essential to building trusting relationships.
