Quality Assurance Manager

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll focus on reviewing and strengthening the quality of retirement plan administration work produced by other team members. You’ll apply deep expertise in nondiscrimination testing, compliance, and regulatory requirements to identify errors, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. The role is dedicated to quality assurance rather than managing a client portfolio, allowing you to concentrate on technical accuracy and professional standards. You’ll review complex work products, interpret plan documents, and provide constructive feedback and training to help junior professionals grow. You’ll also contribute to process improvements, standards development, and broader service initiatives as opportunities arise.
