The role covers quant research, trading logic, and high-performance C++ engineering. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Own and develop production trading strategy code - Translate quant models and research into high-performance C++ - Design and implement new systematic trading strategies - Profile, refactor, and optimize existing live strategies - Eliminate latency bottlenecks across the trading stack - Optimize multithreaded and latency-critical components - Reduce tick-to-trade latency and improve execution - Improve the research, engineering, and production workflow - Monitor live strategies and investigate performance issues 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - Strong modern C++ (17/20) - High-performance, low-latency systems experience - Multithreading, concurrency, algorithms, and data structures - Financial markets, quantitative trading, or HFT experience - Statistics, probability, and quantitative methods - Translating quant models into production systems - Profiling, debugging, and performance optimization - Degree in CS, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a quantitative field 🛠 Nice-to-have / Preferred: - Lock-free programming and advanced concurrency - TCP/UDP, multicast, FIX, and exchange connectivity - Python and Bash - Prometheus / Grafana - AWS or other cloud for research and backtesting - Tools for strategy, P&L, execution, or latency analysis 💡 Perks & Benefits: - Ownership of strategy code from implementation through production - Close work with experienced traders and quant researchers - Direct impact on trading performance where microseconds matter 📩 To apply: Apply: https://blockchainheadhunter.com/jobs/Quant-Developer.
