Staff Software Engineer

Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on. We are now hiring a Staff Software Engineer, based in Stockholm. You will shape the architecture of our platform and set the technical standard for the team. Our core is event-sourced and real-time by design, and you will decide how it scales. Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it. What you bring: - Many years building and scaling distributed systems in production. - Deep experience with event-driven architectures and cloud infrastructure. - The judgment to make long-term decisions while still shipping fast.
