Oracle HCM Time & Labour / Absence Consultant (Freelance)

For a long-term Oracle HCM expert service, we are looking for an experienced Oracle Time & Labour / Absence Consultant. We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant, but for a specialist who can support an international client with productive issues, troubleshooting and functional improvements on a flexible basis. Project setup: - Contract: Freelance - Location: Remote - Workload: Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume Tasks - Support for Oracle Time & Labour and Absence - Functional issue analysis and bug fixing - Configuration and optimization of existing processes - Implementation of smaller changes and new features - Root cause analysis for complex incidents - Support with Fast Formula-related topics - Assessment of Oracle quarterly release impacts - Support with testing and regression testing Requirements - Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience - Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Time & Labour - Strong knowledge of Oracle Absence Management - Productive experience in configuration and support - Experience with troubleshooting and bug fixing - Knowledge of Fast Formula - Experience with Oracle releases and testing - Very good English skills Nice-to-haves - Oracle Core HR - Payroll integrations - Complex time and attendance scenarios - International rollouts Originally posted on Himalayas
