More experienced candidates may be considered for Product Director. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Define Custody OES roadmaps, ship client and partner requirements, grow the client base, and automate operations via self-service portals. - Own fee schedules and incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates) against market, competitor, and revenue needs. - Build AI agents for competitor intel, liquidity analysis, fee simulation, and program operations. - Build ROI-grounded business cases and quantify revenue and AUM impact. - Partner with engineering, design, compliance, and legal across HK, SG, EU, and US. 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - PM experience on Custody OES at a crypto exchange, at a custody firm, or in traditional finance on Collateral, Tri-party, or CCP solutions. - Deep knowledge of counterparties, custody, execution, settlement, and institutional liquidity. - Experience with business reviews, on-site discovery, and turning client feedback into priorities with Sales, BD, and RM. - Ability to align senior stakeholders across global teams, plus hands-on AI use for research or operations. 🛠 Nice-to-have / Preferred: - Fee or incentive design and zero-to-one product experience.
