We are hiring for a Recruitment Specialist – Audit & Technical Hiring for a client based in the Philippines. This is a Remote work following a Dayshift schedule Salary is up to 25000.00+Commission based on experience Main Requirements: - At least 2 years of recruitment experience - Proven experience hiring for Audit, Accounting, or technical roles - Strong sourcing and screening skills - Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setup Other Requirements: - Experience working with international clients - Background in agency or executive search recruitment Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for Audit, Accounting, and technical roles (IT, Engineering, etc.) - Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels - Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate qualifications - Coordinate interviews and manage client/hiring manager expectations - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates - Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience - Meet hiring timelines and placement targets Originally posted on Himalayas
