Security Project Technician 2

This role is an opportunity to take ownership of the technical delivery of security and life-safety projects ranging from small to large and varying in complexity. You will install, program, test, commission, troubleshoot, and certify systems while ensuring customers receive reliable, high-quality solutions. The position combines hands-on technical expertise with customer interaction, project coordination, and ongoing technical support. You’ll work closely with project and operations leaders, engineering teams, customers, and other technicians to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You’ll also help identify project risks, resolve complex technical issues, and recommend improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.
