QA Lead Engineer

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead Engineer to define and drive quality assurance strategies across multiple products and platforms. In this fully remote role, you will combine hands-on test automation expertise with technical leadership to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality software. You will lead QA engineers, establish robust testing frameworks, and integrate automated testing into continuous integration and delivery workflows. Working closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams, you will strengthen release quality, reduce regression risks, and promote continuous improvement. You will also drive performance, load, and security testing while using data-driven insights to measure product quality.
