SEA Manager (f,m,x)

As an SEA Manager, you will drive paid search performance and growth across a portfolio of European markets, managing substantial Google Ads and Shopping budgets in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will optimize campaign structures, bidding strategies, product feeds, and budget allocation to maximize performance and support ambitious business objectives. Working closely with market teams, category marketing, and supply partners, you will help expand into new product categories, including home appliances and e-bikes. You will use data-driven insights, experimentation, AI tools, and automation to improve efficiency and unlock new growth opportunities. This role combines hands-on campaign ownership with cross-functional collaboration and the opportunity to influence paid search strategy across multiple markets.
