Sr. Manager, Finance Apps (O2C)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Manager, Finance Apps (O2C) based in the United States. Lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise finance applications supporting the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle. In this senior leadership role, you will shape application roadmaps and deliver scalable technology solutions across order management, billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and revenue processing. Working closely with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Technology teams, you will translate complex business needs into reliable, compliant, and efficient digital capabilities. You will drive finance transformation initiatives, including ERP modernization, process standardization, system integration, and improvements in data quality and reporting. The role combines strategic planning with operational oversight, requiring strong judgment in managing priorities, risks, vendors, and delivery dependencies. You will also lead and develop a team of managers and specialists, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a global, matrixed environment.
