We have recently reached an important milestone of 1B+ downloads worldwide, moving closer to our mission of supporting people on their self-improvement journeys. Headquartered in London, Gismart is a global company with a team of 400+ people across Europe and beyond. We bring together professionals from entertainment, music, and tech backgrounds, combining creativity, product thinking, and strong execution to build apps used by millions of people worldwide. Our mission is to become a stepping stone on our customers’ journeys of self-improvement. OUR VALUES - Deliver what matters - Respect and support others - Initiate and own - Voice openly - Execute with quality If you are passionate about mobile products and want to work on apps with real scale, Gismart is the right place to grow, take ownership, and make an impact. ABOUT THE PROJECT At Radiotech, we believe music should be accessible to everyone — not only to those who grew up taking lessons. We are a product team inside the Gismart ecosystem, focused on building and growing music apps across iOS and Android. Our portfolio includes products with millions of installs, rich functionality, and a long history of product development. These are apps that help users not only consume music content, but also play, learn, practice, create, interact, and enjoy the process. Our goal is to make music feel more approachable, engaging, and human for beginners, hobbyists, and people who want to bring more music into their daily lives. We are looking for a Product Manager who will not wait for perfectly detailed instructions, but will proactively identify opportunities, take ownership, and move the product forward together with the team. RESPONSIBILITIES - Test features against requirements — analyze acceptance criteria, design flexible and resilient test scenarios using test design techniques to maximize coverage and minimize risks. - Document and prioritize defects — create reproducible steps, attach screenshots/logs, and provide clear descriptions to speed up bug fixing. - Maintain test documentation — checklists, regression notes. Keep documentation up-to-date and scalable as the product grows. - Prepare Release Candidates for production - Validate build stability - Work with configuration files (JSON): verify flags, values, and conditions affecting production functionality - Set up and validate A/B tests — help define conditions and ensure experiments run correctly for target user segments. - Take ownership of quality — understand how testing impacts product, users, and business. Be able to defend quality decisions and take initiative in edge cases. - Participate in cross-team activities — planning, retros, discussions. Maintain product quality through collaboration with development, analytics, design, and marketing. REQUIREMENTS - 2+ years of QA experience, preferably in mobile or cross-platform products. Ability to work with requirements, independently design test scenarios, and assess risks. - Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS & Android): architecture basics, UI/UX patterns, background behavior, permissions, and app lifecycle. - Ability to select test devices — justify device/OS selection based on target audience, market, and product specifics. - Understanding of iOS Sandbox and Google Wallet — limitations, security policies, and testing specifics for payments and authorization flows. - Experience with mobile testing and debugging tools: - Charles Proxy (traffic interception & analysis) - Xcode & Android Studio (logs, simulators/emulators, builds) - Jenkins or other CI/CD tools (pipeline & logs understanding) Employee Benefits: - Remote-First Culture: Our team is diverse and extensive, just like our product portfolio.
