Senior Liability Claims Adjuster - General Liability

Our partner is looking for a Senior Liability Claims Adjuster – General Liability based in the United States. The Senior Liability Claims Adjuster will independently manage moderate to complex general liability claims, from initial investigation through negotiation and final resolution. This remote position focuses on premises liability and bodily injury exposures, including claims involving hospitality, entertainment, recreation, retail, and other customer-facing industries. You will evaluate liability, damages, coverage, and financial exposure while developing effective resolution strategies and maintaining appropriate reserves. A significant part of the role involves managing litigated claims, collaborating with defense counsel, and coordinating with clients and external partners. You will also deliver responsive client service, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and claim-handling standards.
