Group Head of IT – Microsoft Stack Up to £100k Hybrid - minimum of 1 day per week in the office Fancy owning a full Microsoft estate end to end, with the freedom to shape where it goes next? I’m working with a growing, multi-site group. They’re hiring a Group Head of IT to lead technology across the business. It’s a hands-on leadership role. You’ll set the strategy, but you won’t be afraid to roll your sleeves up. The Microsoft estate is yours: - Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and Intune - Dynamics 365 Business Central - Power Apps and Power Automate - Power BI and Microsoft Fabric What you’ll be doing: - Building and delivering the Group IT strategy and roadmap - Leading and developing a high-performing IT team - Driving digital transformation, automation and data-led decision making - Owning infrastructure, cloud, cyber security and business continuity across multiple sites - Managing suppliers, licensing and the IT budget - Partnering with senior leaders to turn business needs into tech that actually makes a difference What you’ll bring: - A track record leading IT in a multi-site organisation - Strong hands-on knowledge of M365, Azure, networking and security - Experience delivering IT strategy and transformation programmes - Microsoft ERP experience - Power Platform, Power BI or Fabric experience is a big plus - Commercial nous across suppliers, contracts and budgets - The credibility to influence at every level Why it’s worth a look: this is a business that invests for the long term, without the corporate red tape.
