Work directly with clients, government agencies, and key stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements and define project scope. Develop project implementation plans, allocate resources, and establish appropriate milestones and control points aligned with project objectives. Manage project costs, resources, and budgets to ensure delivery efficiency and optimal resource utilization. Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues arising throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project scope and change requests, assessing their impact on project timelines, resources, and costs. Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including BA, Developers, QA/QC, DevOps, and other stakeholders throughout project execution. Monitor project progress, manage workload, and ensure deliverables are completed according to plan. Proactively leverage AI tools to support project planning, documentation management, progress tracking, and project reporting. Organize project meetings and provide regular project updates and reports to clients, senior management, and relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with clients throughout testing, acceptance, handover, and system go-live activities. Participate in solution consulting and recommend suitable implementation approaches based on client requirements.
