This is not a generic PMO role, and strong financial and wealth-management data-domain expertise is a key requirement. 🔑 Requirements set by the employer: - 8+ years as a Data Product Owner, Data Product Manager, or Program Lead (listing header states 9+ years) - Strong experience in Wealth Management / Capital Markets / Financial Services - Strong understanding of securities, positions, transactions, reference data, market data, and downstream consumers - Experience with data rationalization, source-of-truth decisions, reconciliation, and data definitions - Hands-on experience with large-scale data/platform migrations - Strong SQL and data analytics skills - Understanding of data modeling, architecture, and data governance - Experience with stock plans / equity-related financial data - Ability to work across Business, Technology, Data Science, and Product teams - Strong program management, stakeholder management, and communication skills - Experience defining KPIs, metrics, and data requirements and translating complex datasets into business insights 🛠 Nice-to-have: - Exposure to Crypto / Digital Assets and related financial data is highly preferred 🌍 Location: - New York City, NY.
