The client builds technology and liquidity infrastructure for sophisticated participants in global digital asset markets and has offices across the US, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and South America. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Review and approve low- and medium-risk client onboarding and account decisions, escalating high-risk cases to the CCO - Manage client maintenance, periodic reviews, document refreshes, and re-screenings - Conduct due diligence on vendors, banking partners, and counterparties - Monitor and manage client onboarding pipelines, coordinating between Business Development and Compliance - Conduct first-level fiat transaction monitoring and review KYT and ongoing monitoring alerts - Review wallet and bank whitelisting requests, ensuring appropriate checks and documentation - Prepare regular compliance reports for the CCO, highlighting open items, backlogs, pending reviews, and emerging risks 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - 2+ years of experience in compliance or related roles - Advanced English, written and spoken - Previous experience in the crypto / digital asset industry - Familiarity with Chainalysis - Hands-on experience with KYC/KYB, AML, client due diligence, and ongoing monitoring - Experience reviewing transaction monitoring or KYT alerts and identifying and escalating potentially suspicious activity - Experience with compliance case management, documentation, and escalation processes 💡 Perks & Benefits: - Competitive compensation in USD - 10 paid days off per year + US holidays 🌍 Location & Time Zone: - 100% remote from LATAM - Monday to Friday, full-time, EST working hours 📩 To apply: Apply: https://recruiterflow.com/south/jobs/1146 🔗 Original post: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/recruiter-arianasolgeraci_hiring-share-7511530730905309186-u85l/ 📌 New here?
