Sr. HR Business Partner - Distribution Center

Our partner is looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner – Distribution Center based in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to distribution center leadership, helping drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and operational performance. Supporting a workforce of more than 400 hourly associates and over 40 leaders, this role combines hands-on HR support with strategic workforce planning and organizational development. You will partner with leaders to strengthen workplace culture, manage change, develop leadership capabilities, and improve employee retention. Using workforce metrics and analytical insights, you will identify organizational needs and recommend initiatives that enhance the employee experience. You will also provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leadership effectiveness in a fast-paced distribution environment.
