Role:ServiceNow Architect – ITOM Total Experience:8+ Years Location:Offshore Work Mode:Offshore Shift:9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST Certification:Not Mandatory Overview The ServiceNow ITOM Architect will design, architect, and deliver scalable ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring performance, governance, and integration across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities - Architect and lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, and CMDB - Define ITOM architecture, CMDB governance, and data models - Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications using Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and IntegrationHub - Lead integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and monitoring tools - Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, security, and compliance - Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and guidance to development teams - Translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions - Support presales activities including solution design, estimations, and technical workshops Required Skills & Experience - 8+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise - Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB) - Strong JavaScript scripting skills (Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts) - Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and enterprise integrations - Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and monitoring tools Originally posted on Himalayas
