Value Management & Financial Operations Lead

As a Value Management & Financial Operations Lead, you will play a key role in optimizing financial performance and maximizing the value of strategic investments across a complex portfolio of initiatives. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and investment evaluation while helping leadership make informed, data-driven decisions. Working closely with business, technology, finance, and operational teams, you will develop business cases and quantify the expected impact of strategic initiatives. You will also establish robust frameworks for tracking financial performance and measuring realized business value. The position is fully remote, with core working hours aligned to the Eastern Time zone and occasional travel for meetings or training.
