Chapter Lead

Chapter Lead .NET As a preferred supplier to one of our leading financial organisations, I am seeking a Chapter Lead with a strong .NET development background for a permanent position in Netherlands. Responsibilities: - Combine hands-on technical work within a multidisciplinary DevOps team with developing into a Chapter Lead role. - Coach chapter members, support career development and contribute to performance and recruitment processes. - Help shape the chapter's vision, standards and ways of working. - Promote knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and an inclusive, high-performing culture. - Collaborate with IT leadership and other Chapter Leads to build a strong professional community. Experience: - At least 8 years of experience as a .NET developer, with strong C#, Git and application development skills. - Experience working in a DevOps environment and building asynchronously communicating microservices. - Strong knowledge of Azure, Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD templates in Azure DevOps. - Understanding of architecture, testing, security risks, continuous delivery and cloud infrastructure. - Experience overseeing complex business processes and looking beyond individual team boundaries. - University or HBO-level education and working ability. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with Dutch proficiency at B2 level or above and a willingness to learn. - An interest in coaching, developing people and taking the next step into leadership.
