WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Demonstrated background in public accounting within Big 4 environments covering Technology or Financial Services, followed by progressive management exposure in scale-up fintech or digital banking organizations. - Comprehensive mastery of US GAAP, IFRS, multi-currency consolidations, and complex international regulatory frameworks. - Proven ability to orchestrate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close schedules within high-velocity, rapidly changing operating environments. - Advanced technical capabilities managing enterprise ERP deployments and architecting modern financial data pipelines. NICE-TO-HAVES - Exposure to cross-border transfer pricing, fintech tax strategies, and external audit facilitation. - Direct involvement in institutional debt financing, public market readiness, or late-stage capital raises. - Hands-on proficiency with SQL for ledger queries, transaction auditing, and large-scale data reconciliation. BENEFITS - Competitive salary - Sign-on stock options bonus, so you become part of the success of the company - Discretionary performance bonus (stock options) - Paid annual leave - Private health insurance - Latest technology to work with - Strong team that will help you improve your skills
