IT Business Applications Analyst III - ERP

Our partner is looking for an IT Business Applications Analyst III – ERP based in the United States. The IT Business Applications Analyst III – ERP serves as a senior technical and functional expert, supporting the design, configuration, and optimization of enterprise resource planning systems. In this role, you will work with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across supply chain management, human resources, finance, enterprise performance management, and payroll. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, translate business needs into effective technology solutions, and improve workflows that support organizational efficiency. Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, you will oversee implementation activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain reliable application performance. You will also provide expert guidance, mentor colleagues, and help strengthen ERP capabilities across the organization.
