RENEST is experiencing strong growth and we are looking for a driven and experienced Civil Engineer who is ready to take ownership, lead on-site operations, and grow with a fast-scaling renovation company. If you are passionate about construction, thrive in a hands-on environment, and want to play a central role in transforming architectural plans into high-quality built projects, we would like to meet you. Key Responsibilities - Support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects on-site; - Supervise teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient daily operations; - Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and budgets, proactively addressing on-site challenges; - Contribute to cost control, materials planning, and procurement management; - Ensure compliance with Portuguese construction regulations and safety standards. Profile & Requirements - Minimum 5 years of professional experiencie as a civil engineer in Portugal(mandatory requirement); - Proven experience within the Portuguese construction market, including familiarity with suppliers, materials, and regulatory standards (mandatory requirement); - Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory requirement); - Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory requirement); - Strong leadership mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach; - Excellent communication and teamwork skills; - Comfortable working with digital tools (Excel, project management platforms, etc.); - Hands-on attitude and ability to operate effectively in dynamic site environments.
