General Manager – India (Forex/CFD)

This is a remote position. General Manager – India (Forex/CFD) Overview A multinational online-trading group is hiring a General Manager to launch and scale a new Forex/CFD brand for the Indian market. You will own market-entry strategy, build the local team and partner network, and drive P&L. Responsibilities - Lead the launch and growth of a new Forex/CFD brand targeting India - Build and execute the market-entry strategy and local presence - Recruit and manage teams across BD, Marketing, Support and Partnerships - Onboard and manage key IBs, affiliates and strategic partners; design commission and incentive programmes - Build relationships with financial influencers, educators and trading communities - Run localised sales and marketing campaigns to grow traders and deposits - Monitor performance, trading activity and P set KPIs across functions - Adapt products, payment methods and trading conditions to the local market - Work with external providers on dealing, payments, compliance and product; ensure AML/KYC alignment Requirements - Fluent Hindi and English - 10+ years in Business Development, including 5+ years in senior leadership within Forex/CFD - Strong understanding of the Indian trading market - Existing IB/affiliate network across India highly preferred - Experience building and scaling commercial teams - Knowledge of CRM, conversion processes and CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models - Budget and P&L management experience - Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Marketing is an advantage What's offered - USD 15,000–20,000/month plus bonuses - Lead and build a new brand with real ownership of strategy - Flexible remote work within GMT+3 to GMT+7 - International, entrepreneurial environment and long-term growth Position details Salary: USD 15,000–20,000 per month + bonuses Location: Remote – SEA or MENA regions (GMT+3 to GMT+7) Work mode: Remote Job Type: Full time – Permanent Experience: 10+ years BD, 5+ years senior leadership in Forex/CFD Skills: General Management, Market Entry, IB/Affiliate Networks, P&L, Hindi, Forex/CFD Industry: Forex/FX Originally posted on Himalayas
