Regional Strategic Site Partnership Lead (Senior Director)

Our partner is looking for a Regional Strategic Site Partnership Lead (Senior Director) based in Canada. This senior leadership role is responsible for building and strengthening strategic partnerships with clinical research sites and site organizations across an assigned region and therapeutic area. You will serve as a trusted enterprise-level partner, engaging senior and C-suite stakeholders to create long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. The role combines strategic relationship management, clinical development expertise, operational excellence, and business acumen. You will help improve clinical trial execution by strengthening collaboration, reducing startup timelines, and establishing clear quality and performance expectations. Working across a complex, matrixed environment, you will align internal teams and external partners around shared priorities and measurable outcomes. Your influence will help advance patient-centric, diverse, efficient, and high-quality clinical research programs.
