Healthcare Compliance Specialist - Behavioral Health (Contract) - Charlotte, NC

About The Wilkinson Firm TWF serves behavioral health, mental health, and human services providers across the Southeast. CARF, HRSA, Medicaid SPA, CMS Conditions of Participation, 42 CFR Part 2 - these are existential for our clients. We need compliance specialists who can walk a CMHC through a CARF survey with clinical credibility. Who we want BH compliance specialists with one or more of: former CARF surveyor experience, HRSA program officer background, Medicaid SPA practitioner work, CMS CoP review work, or 5+ years senior compliance at a CMHC/FQHC/IDD agency. CHC, CCS-P, or equivalent credential preferred.
