The role owns revenue and originates relationships with HNWIs, family offices, funds, crypto firms, miners, market makers, and trading firms. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Own the institutional sales pipeline - Originate crypto-backed lending opportunities - Build relationships with family offices, funds, trading firms, miners, market makers, and crypto businesses - Convert prospects into funded loan relationships - Develop the institutional go-to-market strategy - Work with brokers, introducers, and strategic partners - Represent the company at major crypto and finance conferences - Recruit and later manage institutional sales staff - Maintain pipeline, deal, and revenue forecasts - Give market feedback to management - Support expansion into OTC and other institutional products 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - 7+ years in institutional sales, capital markets, prime brokerage, private banking, digital assets, or related work - Existing network of institutional or HNW clients - Strong grasp of digital assets and crypto markets - Experience selling financial products to sophisticated clients - Track record of originating and closing significant transactions - Strong relationship management and negotiation skills - Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, high-growth setting - Fluent English; other languages are an advantage 🛠 Nice-to-have / Preferred: - Experience at a crypto lender, exchange, OTC desk, prime broker, private bank, custodian, or trading firm Pay may vary by experience and location.
