Scope of Work: - Analyze complex computer systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation within customer projects. - Gather, document, and validate requirements from diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives. - Develop detailed business process models using industry-standard methodologies to drive system enhancements. - Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data for process optimization and issue resolution. - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical challenges, proposing actionable solutions to support ongoing platform development. - Collaborate virtually with project managers, developers, and other professionals to ensure deliverable quality and alignment with customer needs. - Contribute domain expertise to support the design and validation of AI training data and scenarios. Preferred Qualifications: - At least 5 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a closely related technical consulting capacity. - Expertise in systems analysis, requirements elicitation, and business process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML). - Advanced proficiency with SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting. - Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights. - Demonstrated success in virtual collaboration on remote projects. - Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to delivering high-quality outputs. - Experience contributing to technology-driven transformation or supporting AI-related initiatives is a plus.
