Team Lead, Android Core Product

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Team Lead, Android Core Product based in the United States. We are seeking a hands-on Android engineering leader to drive the development and continuous improvement of a widely used text-to-speech application. In this role, you will combine advanced technical expertise with team leadership, taking ownership of major product features from design through release. You will continue writing and reviewing code while helping engineers solve complex problems, improve development practices, and deliver reliable user experiences. Working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering, you will shape technical decisions, strengthen testing and release processes, and establish reusable solutions that improve team efficiency. You will also mentor developing engineers, encourage thoughtful experimentation, and help the team adopt effective AI-assisted development workflows.
