The Role We are hiring a part-time Junior Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO. This role is designed for a university student who wants hands-on, high-trust experience in building and scaling a company. What you'll do - Support the CEO across product, go-to-market, fundraising, and operations - Manage operating cadences, including standups, team meetings, and board prep - Track meeting action items and drive execution across teams - Lead special research, analysis, and strategic projects end-to-end - Prepare investor, board, and internal presentations - Leverage AI tools to automate repeatable processes - Own day-to-day operations of our NoHo office What we're looking for - Current university student based in NYC who can commit 15-20 hours per week in office - Strong bias for action and execution focus - Analytical skills with experience turning data into actionable insights - Clear, concise written and verbal communication - High level of discretion with confidential information - Interest in fintech, markets, or crypto - Familiarity using AI tools Why this role You will gain direct exposure to experienced founders, leadership decisions, and startup operations across fundraising, strategy, product, and hiring.
