Overview The Senior Client Manager will provide strategic leadership and consultative account management for complex healthcare and employee benefits clients within the Tribal and Indian Health Service (IHS) markets. This role focuses on building long-term client and broker relationships, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. You will oversee a portfolio of 5–7 complex client groups, ensuring exceptional service delivery and alignment with client objectives. Working closely with internal teams, you will coordinate solutions, address challenges, and influence stakeholders to achieve measurable business results.
