Salesforce Administrator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Administrator based in United States. The Salesforce Administrator will own the day-to-day health, usability, and evolution of a critical CRM environment supporting a global go-to-market organization. You’ll partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. The role combines hands-on administration with process improvement, data quality, reporting, and integration management. You’ll help establish reliable systems and reporting that give stakeholders a clear, trusted view of revenue operations. You’ll also contribute to CRM onboarding, documentation, training, and continuous improvements to the user experience. A strong interest in AI-enabled productivity is essential, with opportunities to use tools such as Claude to accelerate documentation, reporting, and process design. This is a collaborative, high-ownership role suited to a Salesforce expert who enjoys solving problems and making systems work smarter.
