DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines . You will be working with stakeholders across the UK and Poland and must to have hands-on expertise in Ansible and on-premises DevOps is essential . Responsibilities: - • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools and best practices. - • Manage and optimize source code repositories (Git), including branching and merge strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based, etc.). - • Configure and maintain build and dependency management using Maven (or similar tools). - • Integrate and manage code quality and security scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube, SAST/DAST) as part of DevSecOps. - • Containerize applications using Docker and manage container orchestration with Kubernetes. - • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, Groovy, and Python for build, deployment, and operational tasks. - • Implement and support observability solutions using Prometheus, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and OpenTelemetry. - • Collaborate with release management teams to plan, coordinate, and execute application releases across environments. - • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in build, deployment, and production environments. - • Contribute to continuous improvement of release processes, toolchains, and operational runbooks Mandatory Skills Description: - • 9+ years of experience and hands-on expertise in DevOps - Must have skills in these areas: - • Systems administration: RedHat Linux. - • Infrastructure-as-code: Ansible, Puppet, Terraform. - • Container orchestration: Kubernetes experience. - • Observability: ELK, Prometheus, ITRS - • Database: Oracle, Cassandra, Hazelcast, Postgres - • DevOps: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GIT, Maven, Docker, Rundeck. - • Messaging: Kafka, Active MQ, iMFT, FileID. - • Programming in either of one language: Python/ Perl/ Power shell/ Bash /Java/Angular JS/ Spring.
