Head of Technology Solutions & Services Based in our Twickenham office - 5 days a week Salary up to £75,000 plus bonus About RVT RVT is evolving from a technology reseller into a solutions-led technology partner. Through our RVT360 framework, we help customers improve Productivity, Connectivity, Security and Continuity by combining technology, services, and expert advice. We're looking for an ambitious technology leader to help build and lead our Solutions & Services business, creating scalable offerings, driving recurring revenue and shaping the future of the company. The Role Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the development of RVT's technology solutions, managed services and technical capabilities whilst supporting our internal technology strategy. You will work closely with customers, vendors and our sales team to design and deliver solutions across: - Cloud Services (Microsoft Azure & AWS) - Cyber Security & Compliance - AI, Automation & Microsoft Copilot - Microsoft 365 & Modern Workplace - Intune, Endpoint Management & MDM - Samsung Knox & Managed Mobility - Connectivity & Network Services - Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery - Managed IT Services & Professional Services Key Responsibilities - Build and own RVT's Solutions & Services portfolio. - Develop repeatable managed service and professional service offerings. - Support customer workshops, solution design and major opportunities. - Lead and develop the technical roadmap for RVT360. - Strengthen technical partnerships with Microsoft, Samsung, Cisco, Google, Lenovo and HP. - Drive service profitability, recurring revenue growth and technical accreditations. - Oversee RVT's internal technology, security and business systems strategy. About You You are likely to have experience in: - Technology leadership, managed services or solution architecture. - Cloud platforms including Azure and/or AWS. - Cyber security, compliance and modern workplace technologies. - Microsoft 365, Intune and endpoint management. - Connectivity, infrastructure and business continuity solutions. - Building commercially successful services and technical propositions. - Most importantly, you'll be commercially minded, customer-focused, and excited by the opportunity to build something significant within a growing technology business.
