AI/ML Engineer (Senior & Lead Positions) – Production AI & Agentic Systems - Up to £160k TC Location: King’s Cross, London Industry: Financial Services Model: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office Compensation: Up to £160,000 total compensation I’m working with a growing team hiring AI/ML Engineers to build production AI applications for financial services, with multiple positions available. The work covers agents, document intelligence and retrieval systems, taking solutions from initial development through to deployment and ongoing improvement. Key experience we’re looking for: - Strong Python engineering and experience building production APIs and services. - Hands-on LLM applications, agent workflows and end-to-end RAG systems. - LangGraph, LangChain or similar frameworks. - Evaluation, testing and monitoring of AI systems in production. Background: - 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years delivering production ML or LLM systems. - Financial services is a plus (investment banking or the buy-side). - UK right to work required. - At least three days per week in the office, with additional attendance depending on workload.
