Tasks - Support and development of our Digital Workplace product portfolio with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents and Copilot Studio - Design, implementation, operation and technical evolution of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents and AI-powered workplace solutions - Technical development, implementation and operation of the Microsoft Power Platform environment - 2nd Level support for M365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Creation of technical concepts, architectures and roadmaps for Digital Workplace services and technologies - Technical ownership and lifecycle management for Digital Workplace products and services Qualifications - Successfully completed academic studies in Information Technology or a comparable discipline, or an equivalent vocational training or qualification, combined with several years of relevant professional IT experience - Proven competencies in advising and explaining technical solutions and strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills - Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) - Good market overview and ability to evaluate products from a technical perspective - Fluent in spoken and written English Benefits - Hybrid work model, flexible attendance and working hours - A truly international and collaborative work environment - Real opportunities for career development and personal growth - Continuous training and access to learning and development platforms as well as tools - 24 vacation days per year, meal allowance and comprehensive health insurance (employee & family) - Employee referral program - Frequent team-building events and opportunities for international exchange All of this, in a modern and central Porto location, where innovation meets quality of life.
