GRID-OPS™️ provides the operational backbone for organizations seeking to scale from concept to production-grade systems and long-term value crea tion.Role Description The Grid Operations Engineer is a full-time role responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient operation of GRID-OPS™️ infrastructure and environments. Based in Varaždinske Toplice in a hybrid setup, the role combines on-site collaboration with flexible work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring system performance across Linux and Windows platforms, diagnosing and resolving incidents, and optimizing configurations for gaming, fintech, Web3, and advanced development workloads. The Grid Operations Engineer will work closely with development and product teams to support deployments, maintain operational documentation, and implement improvements that enhance uptime, scalability, and user experience. This role also involves proactive capacity planning, participation in on-call rotations, and contributing to automation and tooling that streamline grid opera tions.Qualific a - tions Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a structured approach to problem-solving and incident diag - nosis.Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills for system, network, and application-level issues in complex technical environ - ments.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, address issues, and provide timely su - pport.Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Linux systems administration in production or high-availability environ - ments.Candidates should possess practical experience managing Windows servers or workstations, including configuration, monitoring, and sec - urity.Experience with cloud-native infrastructure (e.g., containers, orchestration, CI/CD), scripting or automation (e.g., Bash, Python), and basic networking concepts is highly benef - icial.Familiarity with fintech, Web3, DeFi, or gaming environments, and comfort working in fast-paced, high-stakes operations is an adva - ntage.Relevant technical education or equivalent practical experience in systems engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure operations is pref erred.
