Clinical Business Analyst – Oncology

Contribute to a province-wide Clinical Information Solution (CIS) transformation program focused on improving and standardizing oncology care workflows. In this remote contract role, you will bridge clinical practice and technology by translating healthcare requirements into effective system designs and clinical content. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, clinical specialists, and technical project teams to define requirements and improve existing processes. Your work will support the development and validation of oncology workflows, order sets, documentation templates, and clinical procedures within an integrated healthcare information system. You will also contribute to implementation readiness, testing, training, and knowledge transfer to encourage consistent adoption across clinical teams.
