Instructional Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging technical learning experiences for global audiences. In this role, you will transform complex networking, cybersecurity, and software concepts into accessible, practical, and effective educational content. You will design eLearning modules, instructor-led materials, virtual training resources, hands-on activities, job aids, and assessments that support product understanding and knowledge retention. Working closely with technical trainers, engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts, you will ensure learning materials remain accurate, relevant, and learner-focused. You will also leverage approved AI-powered tools to streamline content development, improve personalization, and identify learning gaps while maintaining strong quality and data protection standards.
