Senior Commissions Forecasting & Design Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Commissions Forecasting & Design Lead based in United States. As a Senior Commissions Forecasting & Design Lead, you will own the end-to-end commissions forecasting process within a strategic FP&A and sales operations environment. You will build reliable, explainable models that translate headcount, attainment, hiring, ramping, quota changes, and plan mechanics into accurate compensation forecasts. The role also contributes to the design and evolution of global sales compensation programs across segments, roles, geographies, and pay periods. You will combine financial modeling, incentive design, systems thinking, and business partnership to evaluate plan outcomes and manage payout and operational risk. Working across Sales, Finance, People, Legal, Payroll, and Business Technology, you will turn complex decisions into scalable, auditable processes and clear requirements. This is a high-impact individual contributor opportunity for a strategic and detail-oriented professional who can move seamlessly between executive-level analysis, technical modeling, policy design, and field enablement.
